Composer, producer, pianist and audio engineer Nomad Ovunc was born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey. At the age of 23, he moved to the US in order to pursue a career in music. His journey took him from the world of video games to honky tonk bars in Nashville and everything in between.

Nomad is equally at home in Symphony halls, TV and radio stations, listening rooms, festival stages and his recording studio in Nashville.

With producer credits on dozens of full-length records and hundreds of demos, Nomad has the knowledge and experience to help bring your songs to life. He spent eight years at the Istanbul State Conservatory with a concentration on classical music. He then attended Boston’s prestigious Berklee College of Music where he focused on jazz and contemporary styles. Rounding out the arsenal with the Nashville sounds of country swing, roots and folk, Nomad can also deliver tracks on accordion, Rhodes, organ or Wurlitzer…anything with keys.
